高校快递主要采取定点自提的方式,不能实现真正的送件上门,对于自提点与宿舍空间距离较远的学生而言,往返寄取包裹麻烦又浪费时间,临时快递存放服务的出现没能从根本上解决校园快递的末端配送问题。如何实现高校快递”最后一公里”服务,是高校快递服务升级的最后一步。本文采用文献综述、问卷调查和用户访谈的研究方法,探究校园快递末端配送的痛点所在,基于朋派快递互助平台的试运营结果以及国内已有相关经验,认为高校快递互助平台迎合市场需求.可以满足高校快递末端配送问题.提高配送效率和服备水平.
