摘要
随着经济全球化的全面推进,海南国际旅游岛的建设迈入了一个新的阶段。作为地区经济发展的关键,合理地定位、配置、开发以及管理具有地域性特色的人力资源是加快海南国际旅游岛建设进程的主要推动力。本文从海南旅游服务型企业的视角出发,对服务于该类型企业的人力资源提出财务化管理以及资本化的概念;并通过对其在资本化的过程中可能遇到的困难及阻碍进行分析,最终拟提出解决这些相关困难的的可行性方案。
With the advancement of economic globalization, the construction of Hainan international tourism island has entered a new stage. As the key to the development of regional economy, it is the main driving force to speed up the construction process of international tourism island in Hainan. It is necessary to locate, configure, develop and manage the human resources with regional characteristics. This paper puts forward the concept of financial management and capitalization of the human resources which serves the enterprises of this type from the perspective of Hainan tourism service enterprises. Through the analysis of the difficulties and obstacles that may be encountered in the process of capitalization, And finally proposed to solve these related difficulties in the feasibility of the program.
