摘要
为研究螺旋输送机的动态特性,建立了螺旋轴等效动力学模型,运用SolidWorks软件建立螺旋轴三维模型,利用Abaqus软件对螺旋轴进行模态和稳态动力学分析。结果表明:当激振频率达到50.4Hz、102Hz以及174Hz时螺旋轴将发生共振现象;螺旋轴长期在共振频率下工作,易导致螺旋轴断裂。分析结果可为螺旋输送机的设计和结构优化提供理论参考。
In order to study the dynamic characteristics of the screw conveyor, an equivalent dynamic model of screw shaft was firstly established; Then, a 3D model of screw shaft was built by using the Solid- Works software, and the modal and steady state dynamics analysis of screw shaft was carried out by using the Abaqus software. The results show that the resonance phenomenon will occur when the excitation frequency reaches 50.4 Hz, 102 Hz and 174 Hz respectively, and the screw shaft will crack in the case of working with resonant frequency for a long time. The analysis will provide theoretical reference for the design and structure optimization of the screw conveyor.
