摘要
根据检测目标的特点,提出了适用于本文的以下4种改进的图像处理算法:图像二值化、区域生长、数学形态学算法、骨架提取算法。利用上述图像处理算法相结合的方式对由SEM(扫描电镜)采集到的微观裂纹图像进行处理,提取并计算出裂纹长度和宽度,将计算值与测量值进行比较,验证方法的准确性。此方法为碳纤维增强铝基复合材料裂纹的裂纹图像检测提供了一种新途径。
Based on the characteristics of the detecting target, four improved image processing algo- rithms are presented as follows: image binarization, region growing, mathematical morphology algorithm, and skeleton extraction algorithm. The micro crack image collected by SEM was firstly processed by means of the aforementioned image processing algorithms to extract and calculate the length and the width of the crack; Then, the accuracy of the method was validated by comparing the calculated results and the measured results. The method provides a new way to process the crack image of the carbon fiber reinforced aluminum matrix composites.
