江苏省民营科技企业创新能力提升问题与对策研究

Study on the problems and countermeasures to enhancing the innovation ability of private scientific and technological enterprises in Jiangsu province

面广量大的民营科技企业已成为江苏创新发展的主力军,但同时也面临大而不强、创新意识不足、创新投入强度不高、高层次人才缺乏、整合全球创新资源能力不强等问题。文章对影响江苏民营科技企业创新能力的几个问题进行分析,提出具有针对性的政策建议。

A wide range of private technology enterprises have become the main force of the innovation and development of Jiangsu province, but there are also problems of being big but not strong, lack of awareness of innovation, the low innovation strength, the lack of high level talents, the weak ability of integrating of global innovation resources ability. The article analyzes issues that affect the innovation ability of private technology enterprises in Jiangsu province, and puts forward some policy suggestions.
