摘要
分析了GB/T 50378—2014《绿色建筑评价标准》相关的电气条文,提出了满足条文要求的技术手段,结合某体育场馆实例,分析电气系统在绿色建筑评价的实际应用。提出建筑电气专业应结合实际项目情况来推广符合业主或建筑本身需求的功能或系统,不应为获得高评价分值和高星级绿色建筑而增加不切实际的智能系统。
This paper analyzed some pertinent electrical codes of GB/T 50378—2014,and proposed the technical means for meeting the requirements of codes. Combining by a stadium project as an example,the practical application of electrical system in assessment standard for green building was analyzed. It is pointed out that the electrical designers should popularize the functions or systems which meets the requirements of owner or building according to the actural project,and shouldn＇t adopt the impractical intelligent system which can obtain the high assessment value and high-star green building.
