摘要
结合某数据机房项目,介绍了数据中心机房气流组织设计与监测,通过给送风口增加温/湿度探测器、气流探测器以及大气压力探测器,监测气流组织的方向及强弱度,并在回风口上设置温/湿度传感器以检测回风问题。通过所测数值建立三维模型,搭建机房温度云图和气流组织图,实时展现机房各区域的气流组织和温/湿度状况,帮助用户了解机房各区域气流组织和温度状况,发现机房局部热点,找到局部热点原因,并进行针对性的优化处理。
Combining by a data center project,this paper introduced the design and monitoring of room airflow in data center. By adding air temperature detector,humidity detector,air flow detector and atmospheric pressure detector to the air inlet,the direction and intensity of the air flow were monitored,and the temperature and humidity sensors were arranged on the air return port to detect the return air. Finally,by 3D modeling,the room temperature nephogram and air distribution map were set up,which can real-time display the airflow and temperature and humidity of each room area,to help users understand the regional air distribution room and find the room temperature conditions. The local hot spots of each room are found,and the reasons of local hot spots are discovered. So the optimization processing of air flow are carried out.
