摘要 喘振是造成离心压缩机严重损坏的主要原因之一。长输天然气管线离心压缩机组喘振发生时,将会造成转子与定子间的碰磨,使得轴承、叶轮、密封件等元器件损坏,严重时还会伴有天然气大量泄漏,发生着火、爆炸和环境污染等恶性事故,就喘振的成因,危害程度和预防措施加以详细论述。 Surge is one of the main reasons for the centrifugal compressor serious damages. When surge in centrifugal compressor for long-distance gas pipelines occurs, it will produce friction between rotor and stator, and will lead to the bearings, sealing and some other components damaged, during serious conditions, will cause malignant accidents such as conveying gas leakage, fire, explosion and pollution of the environment. Surge in centrifugal compressors should be prohibiting. In this paper, a discussion on the reasons of surge, extent of harm and preventive measures was made in detail.
