摘要
针对某电厂超滤膜组件运行后出现膜污染的现象,通过检查膜组件运行时的水质分析、SEM扫描分析和能谱分析寻找造成污染的原因,证明超滤膜组件的污染物是有机物和胶体,为此,采取离线化学清洗,以先采用碱洗,后酸洗的方式,使膜性能得以恢复,并对此后超滤装置的维护提出有效的建议。
Considering the phenomenon of uhrafihration membrane fouling after operating in a power plant, we examine it using water quality analysis,SEM scanning and EDX scanning. The results show that the pollution sources are organic pollutants and colloids. So we carry out the off- line chemical cleaning. We take the caustic cleaning first and acid cleaning second, which make the film per- formance restore again. We also suggest some recommendation for ultrafiltration device maintenance.
