摘要
龙牙百合(Lilium brownii var.viridulum Baker)是百合科(Liliaceae)百合属(Lilium)多年生草本植物,是野百合(Lilium brownii)的变种,为我国三大食用百合之一,具有重要的食用、药用和观赏价值。从资源分布与栽培、药食用价值、繁殖技术、病虫害发生与防控等方面对龙牙百合的研究进展进行综述,同时,对龙牙百合抗病育种、病虫害生物防治及深加工等方面的研究进行了展望。
L.brownii var.viridulum, a perennial herb belonging to the genus Lilium of the family Liliaceae, is a varietas of Lilium brownii, and it is one of the three edible lily varieties.L.brownii var.viridulum is of important edible, medicinal and ornamental values.In this paper L.brownii var.viridulum was summarized from aspects of resource distribution and cultivation, medicinal and edible values, propagation technology, occurrence and control of diseases and insect pests.It is suggested to furtherly strengthen the study on L.brownii var.viridulum from aspects of breeding for disease resistance, biological control and deep processing of diseases and insect pests.
