摘要
为热带地区的莲雾生态栽培及产业发展提供参考,采用田间试验研究莲雾间作柱花草、平托落花生和爪哇葛藤3种牧草对其果实品质、果园土壤肥力及其微生态环境的影响。结果表明:莲雾间作3种牧草比其单作(CK)果实的可溶性固形物含量、还原糖含量和固酸比分别增加0.25~0.93百分点、4.74%~11.49%和9.38%~26.10%,可滴定酸含量降低0.018~0.038百分点;土壤有机质、全N、碱解N、全P、有效P及速效K含量提高,土壤物理性状得到改善、肥力水平提高;果园土壤温度和空气温度降低、相对湿度升高,微生态环境得到改善。综合比较,以莲雾间作爪哇葛藤和平托落花生种植模式对莲雾果实品质和土壤环境的改良效果较好。
To provide references for ecological cultivation and industrial development of wax apple in tropical area, a field experiment was conducted to explore the effects of intercropping with Stylosanthes guianensis, Arachis pintoi and Pueraria phaseoloides on fruit quality, soil fertility and micro-ecological environment of wax apple.Results: Compared with monoculture(CK), intercropping increased soluble solid content, reducing sugar content and tss-acid ratio by 0.25~0.93 percent points, 4.74%~11.49%and 9.38%~26.10% respectively, decreased titratable acid by 0.018~0.038 percent points;Soil organic matter, total nitrogen, available nitrogen, total phosphorus, available phosphorus and available potassium were enhanced, soil physical property was improved and fertility level was enhanced;Meanwhile, the soil temperature and air temperature were decreased, relative humidity was enhanced and the micro-ecological environment was improved.Compared comprehensively, intercropping with P.phaseoloides and A.pintoi have better improvement effects on fruit quality and soil environment of wax apple.
