摘要
紫苏是传统的多用途经济植物,具有多种药食功效,是我国卫生部首批公布的60种药食兼用植物之一,极具开发价值,在国内外不断掀起研究热潮。为建立紫苏高效遗传转化体系奠定理论基础,对近年来紫苏在组织培养和遗传转化方面的进展进行综述,并对今后研究进行了展望。
Perillais a healthcare resource with great value,raising a surge of researches both at home and abroad,and it is one of the 60 medicinal and edible plants firstly published by ministry of health in China.This review concludes the recent advances in tissue culture and genetic transformation of Perillafrutescens,which sets the theoretical basis for the establishment of efficient genetic transformation system of Perillafrutescens and the study in the future was prospected as well.
