摘要
河南省采矿业发达,矿山地质环境问题较为突出,多年的矿山地质环境保护治理成效显著。抽取16种矿山地质环境关键影响因素,采用聚类分析(Q型聚类法)和神经网络(BP)方法确定赋值,并给予适当人工干预,再用积分值法定量评价了全省矿山地质环境现状。依据现状分区,划分了重点保护预防区及重点治理区,就矿山地质环境保护和治理分别提出了相应对策建议,为河南省矿山地质环境保护和治理工作提供了借鉴。
In Henan Province, the mining industry is very developed. At the same time, mine geological environment problems are outstanding. After years of mine geological environment protection management,the results are significant. This paper quantitatively evaluates the mine geological environment current situation in Henan Province in integral value method based on 16 kinds of key influencing factors of the mine geological environment. They are assigned by the cluster analysis( Q type cluster method) and the neural network( BP)method,as well as the appropriate human intervention. According to the current situation distribution,the key protection prevention region and management region are divided respectively. In terms of mine geological environment protection,this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions respectively. It will be the reference significance for the mine geological environment protection and governance work in Henan Province.
