摘要
利用微波消解技术对锰铁进行预处理,并采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱测定其锰含量。微波消解条件为:以浓硝酸、浓盐酸和氢氟酸为消解液,消解压力6.0 MPa,消解时间8 min,在分析谱线293.06 nm处测定预处理后样品的锰含量。3种样品测定结果与国标方法结果较为一致,具有简便、快速、准确等优点,从而可用于相关产业生产控制分析。
A rapid method of ICP-AES determination with microwave digestion of manganese in ferromanganese was proposed. The conditions of microwave digestion were chosen. The nitric acid,perchloric acid and hydrofluoric acid were selected as digestion solution. The digestion pressure was 6. 0 MPa,and the digestion time was 20 min.The samples of manganese and iron contention in pretreatment were respectively determinated in analytical spectral line at the wavelength of 293. 06 nm. The determination results of three samples were in agreement with national standard method. The proposed method is simple,rapid and accurate. Therefore,it can be suitable for the analysis of corresponding industrial production control.
