矿业工程项目建设施工过程中的风险分析与管理

A Risk Analysis and Management in the Project Construction of Mining Engineering

针对矿业工程项目建设周期长、投资大和风险大等特点,以某铜矿工程建设项目为具体研究对象,按照风险管理理论及流程,对项目及工程项目施工过程中的风险进行识别,然后采用专家打分法对识别因素进行评估,最后根据不同风险等级评价标准,对不同风险等级提出对应的应对措施,并通过风险监控的方式来减轻风险对施工的影响。

Aiming at the construction cycle of mining projects, including large investment and high risk characteristics,we will take a copper mine construction project as the research object. We will try to make an analysis of the risk management and process, including the risk identification and engineering projects in construction process to invite experts in scoring method to evaluate the recognition factors. We will decide according to the different risk rating standards for responses to different levels of risk to put forward the corresponding risk control in the way to alleviate the impact of the risk of construction.
