摘要
突发性灾害事件已严重威胁社会和人民生命财产安全。应对突发事件建立物资运输响应机制是相关领域的研究热点。以应急物资需求种类和数量为研究对象,基于分类物资概念,将应急物资需求按其重要性、稀缺性、时效性和固有特征进行分级。通过设计和构建分类运输模型,实现灾害条件下应急物资运输的双目标优化,即实现重要物资一次运输时间和两次运输总时间的最小。研究具有一定的实用性,通过算列,进一步证实基于需求分级的应急运输模型的有效性。
Sudden disasters have seriously threatened the security of society, people's lives and property. Establishing the material transport response mechanism to deal with emergencies is a hot spot in the related fieds. The paper takes the type and quantity of emergency material demand as the research object. Based on the concept of classification of goods and materials, the paper divides the emergency supplies into two different levels according to their importance, scarcity, timeliness and the inherent characteristics. By designing and building the classification model, the paper has realized the double objective optimization of emergency supplies transportation under the condition of disaster, that is, the transport time of important material and the total time of the two-transport are the minimal. The validity of the emergency transportation model based on demand of classification is further confirmed through a realistic example.
