摘要
在实验室软熔滴落装置中,模拟高炉条件下,对比研究了钒钛烧结矿和普通烧结矿性能指标的差异。研究结果表明:钒钛烧结矿软化开始温度高、软化终了温度低、滴落温度低;钒钛烧结矿压差高,透气性较差。
The difference of performance index between vanadium titanium sinter and ordinary sinter was studied under simulated blast furnace in the laboratory. The experiment result indicates that the softening start temperature of vanadium titanium sinter are higher than that of ordinary sinter; the softening end tem- perature and dripping temperature of vanadium titanium sinter are lower than that of ordinary sinter; the pressure of vanadium titanium sinter are high and the gas permeability of vanadium titanium sinter are poor.
