新型整体式液压可退捞矛研制与应用

New Type of Integral Hydraulic Releasing Fishing Spear

为解决在修井打捞作业中常用的几类捞矛存在的不适用性等问题,研制了新型整体式液压可退捞矛。该捞矛依靠液缸推动卡瓦下行、扩张进行打捞,而释放丢手则通过提放连接工具的管柱实现。捞矛外筒及锚杆都无变径点,避免了应力集中。与捞矛外筒同等直径的引导槽备块对卡瓦片提供了足够的支撑强度,保证了工具的抗扭性能。卡瓦与引导槽内的倒角结构满足了卡瓦整体外张的角度,并确保了较好的咬合效果。经过地面试验及3井次的入井打捞作业,打捞成功率和丢手成功率均为100%。

In order to solve the problem such as the inapplicability of common fishing spear in southwest branch company of SINOPEC,the integral hydraulic releasing spear was developed.The fishing spear is unique in the design of hydraulic starting and mechanical releasing.There is no stress concentration because the fishing spear has the same outer diameter.The guide slots and support pad which have the same OD with outer tub of fishing spear can support the enough antitwisted ability to slips.The chamfer design of slips and guide slots could ensure the good application effect.The indoor testing and field application results of three wells showed that the test and application performance of integral hydraulic releasing fishing spear are reliable,and field operation success rate can reach to 100%.
