摘要 油井过早见水/气是制约水平井技术发展的一大难点。水平井控水装置的出现为解决该问题提供了新途径。经过多年研究,目前控水装置主要有4种:1流入控制装置(ICD);2自动流入控制装置(AICD);3流入控制阀(ICV);4自动流入控制阀(AICV)。各种控水装置都是通过摩擦、节流原理在油层与井筒之间产生一个附加压降,从而形成均匀入流剖面,延长底水锥进时间和油井寿命。介绍了4种装置的特点、类型以及优缺点。通过比较得出各种控水装置原理基本相同,主要是其智能化和精细化程度不断提高。 Early water/gas breakthrough is a technical problem in horizontal well technology,downhole inflow control technology such as ICD,AICD,ICV,AICV,provide a new way to tackle the problem,which exert an exert pressure drop between reservoir and wellbore to balance inflow profile and delay water break through.The types,characteristics and advantage of the four devices are introduced in the paper.Through comparing various water control devices have the same principle,mainly their intelligent and fine degree enhances unceasingly.
