摘要
通过单向拉伸试验研究了四种规格薄壁纯钛管在三种拉伸速率下的室温基本力学性能。结果表明:随着管壁晶粒尺寸的减小,材料的抗拉强度、硬化指数增大;随拉伸速率的增大,抗拉强度逐渐增大,伸长率、硬化指数逐渐减小;薄壁纯钛管的应变速率敏感性指数总体较小,且随着应变的增大而逐渐减小。
The basic mechanical properties of four types thin-walled CP-Ti tubes under three strain rates were studied by uniaxial tensile test at room temperature. The results indicate that the tensile strength and hardening exponent of the material gradually increase with the decrease of the grain size of the tube wall. With the increase of strain rate, the tensile strength gradually increases, while the elongation and strain hardening exponent gradually decrease. The strain rate sensitivity exponent of the thin-walled CP-Ti tubes is relatively small, which gradually decrease with strain increasing.
