T8A钢在不同脉冲磁场强度下的热处理效果研究

摘要 对不同脉冲磁场淬火+中温回火时的T8A钢微观组织和力学性能进行了分析,观察了其硬度、强度和韧性的变化规律,研究了T8A钢在不同磁场强度下的热处理的效果。结果表明,T8A钢在不同磁场淬火+中温回火后的显微组织为回火屈氏体。随磁场强度的增大,T8A钢的组织晶粒更加细化且更加均匀。磁场强度对T8A钢的力学性能有很大影响。当磁场强度为1.1T时,T8A钢的冲击韧性最好,为26.5 J/cm2。此时,它也具有良好的强度和塑性。 The microstructure and mechanical properties of T8 A steel after quenching and tempering under different pulse magnetic field strengths were analyzed. The hardness, strength and toughness were observed. The heat treatment effects of T8 A steel under different magnetic field strengths were studied. The results show that, the microstructure of T8 A steel after quenching and tempering under different magnetic fields strengths is tempered troostite. With the increase of magnetic field strength, the microstructure of T8 A steel is more refined and more uniform. The magnetic field strength has a great influence on the mechanical properties of T8 A steel. When the magnetic field strength is 1.1 T, the impact toughness of T8 A steel is the best(26.5 J/cm2). Under this condition, it has good strength and plasticity.
