摘要
通过光学显微镜、扫描电镜、仿真建模等方法对20CrMnTi传动轴在使用过程中的断裂区域进行了相关分析和检测,确定了传动轴断裂的原因。结果表明:传动轴周向组织为等轴状的铁素体和珠光体,未按要求进行调质处理,降低了零件的承载极限;轴向组织中存在带状组织,零件易产生应力集中而开裂。
By using the optical metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope and finite element method,the breakage failure of 20CrMnTi drive shaft was detected and analyzed. The results show that the circumference of the shaft is equiaxed ferrite and pearlite, the lack of quenching and tempering reduce the load-carrying limit of the shaft. There are banded structures in the axial structure, and it is easy for the parts to produce stress concentration and crack.
