独活寄生汤对双氯芬酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎疗效及关节液基质金属蛋白酶的影响

Curative effect of Duhuo Jisheng decoction with diclofenac sodium on knee osteoarthritis and influences on matrix metalloproteinase in synovial fluid

目的:观察独活寄生汤对双氯芬酸钠治疗膝骨性关节炎(OA)疗效及对关节液基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)的影响。方法:选择我院收治的OA患者136例,采用随机数字表法分为两组各68例。对照组采用双氯芬酸钠缓释片治疗,治疗组在此基础上联合应用独活寄生汤加减治疗。观察比较两组患者的临床疗效,以及治疗前后基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)水平的变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.59%,高于对照组85.29%(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后MMP-13、9、3水平低于对照组同期(P<0.05)。结论:独活寄生汤能提高双氯芬酸钠治疗OA患者的临床疗效,有效降低关节液MMP水平。

Objective： To observe the curative effect of Duhuo Jisheng decoction with Diclofenac Sodium on knee osteoarthritis（ OA） and the influences on matrix metalloproteinase（ MMP） in synovial fluid. Methods： 136 cases of patients with OA,who were selected and treated in our hospital,were divided randomly into two groups,68 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Diclofenac Sodium Sustained Release Tablets,while the treatment group was treated combined with Duhuo Jisheng decoction on the basis of control group,and the course of treatment was respectively 4 weeks for two groups. The clinical curative effect of patients in two groups and the change of MMP level before and after treatment were observed and compared. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group was 95. 59%,and higher than 85. 29% of control group（ P〈0. 05）. After treatment,the level of MMP-13,9,3 of treatment group was significantly lower than that of control group（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Duhuo Jisheng decoction can enhance the clinical curative effect of diclofenac sodium on patients with OA,and reduce effectively the level of MMP in synovial fluid.
