摘要
大量试验结果表明,管道焊口电加热功率主要与热处理影响因子和管道规格有关。T91薄壁小径管道焊口的热处理影响因子为0.7~1.5,P91管道焊口热段的影响因子为1.2~1.8,P91主蒸汽管道焊口的影响因子为0.5~1.0。据此,对T/P91管道焊口电加热功率进行了估算。P91管道焊口热段与主蒸汽管道热处理影响因子相差较大,可能是由于D/δ值不同和热段管道热损耗较大所致。
It was indicated from a large amount of test results that electro-heating power required for heat treatment of T/P91 pipe crater is mainly dependent on heat treatment influence factor and on specification of pipe.The heat treatment influence factor ranges from 0.7 to 1.5 for T91 thin-wall small-bore pipe crater,from 1.2 to 1.8 for hot section of P91 pipe crater,and from 0.5 to 1.0 for P91 main steam pipe crater.On the basis of these data the power required for heat treatment of T/P91 pipe crater by electro-heating was estimated.It was found that the heat treatment influence factor k of hot section of P91 pipe crater differed obviously from value of the main steam pipe crater,which is perhaps attributed to the difference in value and to the grater heat loss in the hot section of pipe.
