高职大学生“工匠精神”的培育途径探索

On the Cultivation of Higher Vocational Students' Craftsman Spirit

通过分析当代高职大学生对"工匠精神"的认识与传承现状,从而有针对性地提出了培育高职大学生养成"工匠精神"的几个途径:将"工匠精神"引入理论课堂,深入领会"工匠精神"内涵;在实践教学中开展"工匠精神"教育,通过言传身教,让学生达到知行合一;在校园文化中融合"工匠精神",在潜移默化中熏陶教育学生养成"工匠精神";从国家层面构建有利于"工匠精神"培育的制度体系。

Based on the analysis of the present situation of the contemporary higher vocational students＇ understanding and inheritance of ＂the spirit of craftsman＂ this paper puts forward some ways to cultivate the spirit of the craftsman. It should introduce the spirit of craftsman into the theory class, and comprehend deeply its connotation; carry out the ＂craftsman spirit＂ education in teaching practice and enable students to achieve the unity of knowledge and action through words and deeds; integrate the spirit of craftsrman in campus culture, and cultivate the spirit; then construct the system of the ＂spirit of the craftsman＂ from the national level.
