高等职业院校校企合作体制机制优化研究

Research on Optimizing the Mechanism and System Construction of School-Enterprise Cooperation in Higher Vocational Colleges

针对目前高等职业院校在校企合作领域出现的企业认知度低、参与性差、管理缺乏,校企合作发展受到制约的情况,从体制机制建设的角度出发,对多方办学机制、政策保障待遇、办学载体的现状进行了简要分析,并着重阐述了高等职业院校在校企合作领域应进一步落实建设方向和服务定位,充分建构校企合作产研集合模型,践行更加有效的就业融合机制;提出了体制机制的优化升级措施,旨在为教育管理部门提供有价值的建议,以供参考。

In the field of school-enterprise cooperation of higher vocational colleges, the low enterprise recognition, the poor participation, the lack of management and restricted development exist. Based on the mechanism and system construction, it analyzes briefly the school running operation, policy guarantee, and the current situation of school running carrier, and illustrates higher vocational colleges should further implement construction direction and service orientation, fully establish the model of production and research, and implement the effective employment fusion mechanism. It puts forward optimization and upgrade measures, in order to provide valuable suggestions for educational management department.
