关于高职院校物联网专业建设问题的探索 被引量:1

摘要 随着物联网技术不断快速发展,行业、企业对物联网专业人才的需求量也在不断增长,高职院校作为技能型人才培养基地面临着机遇和挑战。目前高职院校物联网专业存在顶层设计出现偏差,缺乏专业的教师队伍,过于追求数量上的资源建设,理论与实际脱节等问题。为此,高职院校要建立具备特色的人才培养模式,加强师资队伍建设力度,加强科研团队建设,强化校企合作,加大实践锻炼环节的力度,以培养合格的物联网人才。 With the rapid development of Interact of things technology, the demand for loT talents from industries and enterprises is growing constantly, as the base of skilled talents training, higher vocational colleges are facing opportunities and challenges. At present some problems exist in IoT major in higher vocational colleges, the deviation of the top-level design, the lack of professional teachers, excessive pursuit for amount in materials construction, and theory divorced from reality. Therefore higher vocational colleges should establish the talent training mode with characteristics, strengthen the teaching staff construction, strengthen the scientific research team construction, strengthen college-enterprise cooperation, and strengthen practice link in order to train qualified IoT talents.
