摘要
教学生态系统是指各教学因素之间形成有机联系、良性互动的循环系统。人才评价方式是其中的子系统之一。高职文秘专业人才评价方式应结合具有不同针对性的教学方法,建立多维立体的人才评价系统,实现教师的"针线"职能,从而促进教学生态系统的良性循环,造就个性鲜明、自主学习能力强的人才。
The teaching ecosystem refers to the circulation system of organic and positive interaction between different teaching factors. Talent evaluation is one of the subsystems. The talent evaluation methods of higher vocational secretary major should combine with different teaching methods, establish a multi-dimensional talent evaluation system, realize the teacher＇s ＂needle＂ function, thus promote the virtuous cycle of ecological system of teaching, and cultivate talents with distinctive personality and autonomous learning ability.
