服务地方经济的物流管理实训基地建设思路——以营口职业技术学院为例

The Construction of Logistics Management Training Base Serving Local Economy

随着物流行业快速发展,物流管理专业人才已经成为中国紧缺人才,然而,高职院校的物流管理实训基地多数都存在实训基地功能不全面,生产性不强,实训基地开放性差,与地方经济结合不紧密等问题导致物流管理专业人才培养不尽如人意。各高职院校,尤其是像营口职业技术学院这样在港口城市开设有物流管理专业的高职院校,应认识到专业人才培养的紧迫性,尽快改革人才培养模式,强化实践教学,建设与地方港口经济对接的物流管理实训基地,助力区域物流业的迅猛发展。

Along with the rapid development of logistics industry, logistics management talents have become talents in short supply in China, however, some problems exist in logistics management training base in higher vocational colleges. The function is not comprehensive, the productivity is not strong, the openness is poor, and the combination with local economy is not close. All these lead to unsatisfactory talent training. All vocational colleges, especially Yingkou Vocational and Technical College in port city, offering logistics management major, should realize the urgency of talents training, reform the talent training mode quickly, strengthen practice teaching, build logistics management practice base combined with local port economy, and contribute to the rapid development of regional logistics industry.
