摘要
分析了机械原理与设计实验课程教学中存在的问题,以及虚拟仿真实验教学平台的功能需求、开发方案、技术路线与典型模块功能,开发了机械原理与设计虚拟仿真实验教学平台。该平台所设置的实验分为基础认知类实验、参数测试类实验、原理验证类实验与综合训练类实验。文中对有代表性的机械零件认知实验、凸轮机构运动参数测试实验、渐开线齿轮范成原理实验和减速器拆装实验给出进一步说明。
The problems existing in the experimental teaching of Mechanical Principle and Design course,the functional requirements,the development plan,the technical route and the typical module function of the virtual simulation experimental teaching platform are analyzed, and the virtual simulation experimental teaching platform for Mechanical Principle and Design course is developed.The experiments of this platform are divided into the basic cognitive experiments,the parameter testing experiments,the principle verification experiments and the comprehensive training experiments.The further explanation is made on the typical cognitive experiment of mechanical parts,the parameter testing experiment of cam mechanism motion,the principle experiment of involute gear forming and the experiment of reducer's disassembly and assembly.
