通过对以"智能"为核心的全国铁路列车运行图编制研发实验中心建设和发展的分析,以及在提升计算机编制列车运行图的技术水平的基础上,讨论全国铁路列车运行图编制研发实验中心的建设。该实验中心的建设能够全面实现全路列车运行图及铁路行车相关作业计划编制和管理的一体化、信息化和智能化,提高铁路运输、轨道交通行业的技术水平,提高行业的管理能力,提升综合投资效益,从而全面提升轨道交通运输在国民经济发展中的作用。

Through the analysis of the construction on the experimental center for the development of the national railway train operation diagram based on the intelligentization,and on the basis of upgrading the technical level of the railway train operation diagram by computer,the construction of such center is discussed. The construction of this center can fully realize the integration,informationization and intelligentization of the whole train diagram as well as the train operation planning and management in China,improve the technical level of the railway transportation and rail transportation industry,strengthen the management ability of the industry and improve the comprehensive investment efficiency,so as to fully consolidate the role of rail fransportation in the development of the national economy.
