Experience and implication of laboratory safety management in Hong Kong Polytechnic University

通过借鉴和分析香港理工大学在实验室安全管理方面的成熟经验,有助于为内地高校在实验室安全管理体系的完善方面提供有益的参考。首先介绍了香港理工大学实验室安全管理的组织架构,以及在安全管理方面的实质措施。然后根据内地高校实验室安全管理的现状特点,提出加强并完善内地高校实验室安全管理的制度和方法,不断提高实验室安全管理水平。

It is helpful to improve the safety management system for the inland universities by drawing on and analyzing the mature experience in the laboratory safety management in Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Firstly,the organizational structure of laboratory safety management in Hong Kong Polytechnic University and the practical measures in safety management are introduced.Then,in view of the current situation and characteristics of safety management in the inland universities,the system and methods for enhancing and improving the university laboratory safety management are proposed so as to continuously raise the laboratory safety management level.
