摘要
本文介绍了自动化协同办公系统在办公室管理中的应用,提出了一种利用Web架构的综合业务自动化协同办公系统的设计思路,并对核心架构进行了介绍。本文描述了在"日常工作"、"公文管理"及"综合办公"三个方面的相对优势。试运行结果表明,此方法满足了新形势下办公自动化输出的要求,提高了办公效率。
This paper introduces the application of cooperative office automation system in office management, and puts forward a design idea of integrated service cooperative office automation system based on WEB architecture, and intro- duces the core architecture. This paper describes the comparative advantages of "daily work", "document management" and "integrated office". The results of the test running show that this method meets the requirements of office automation output under the new situation and improves the office efficiency.
