摘要
移动互联网的快速发展和普及,微信已经成为当下覆盖范围最广的移动互联网应用。工作中,每年都会组织召开各类会议,组织者需要花费大量时间组织会议。参会人员只有到达现场后,才能领取会议相关资料。为了解决上述问题,提高会议服务质量,本文设计并开发了基于微信公众平台的会议服务系统。系统主要功能包括:通知公告、会议指南、代表名单、领导讲话、交流发言、会议签到、新闻中心、留言板等。本文从系统网络架构、总体框架几方面介绍系统设计,以人员认证模块、会议签到模块为代表,介绍系统功能的实现。
With the rapid development and acceptance of mobile internet, WeChat has so far become the most influential mobile internet app in China. On the other hand, conference organizers still had to spend a great deal of time on conference preparation. Attendees usually receive conference materials only after check-in. To solve the above problems and improve conference service, we design and development a conference system based on WeChat public service platform. The conference system mainly provide information of conference notification, conference guidance, delegates roster, keynote speech, seminar , conference check-in, news center, and comment section, etc. We discuss the system design on network architecture and framework functionality as well as the system implementations of functionalities including staff authentication and conference check-in.
