Exploration and Implementation of Practice Teaching System in Undergraduate Colleges under the Background of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education

实践教学是创新创业教育背景下人才培养质量提高的重要途径。本文围绕学校创新创业的教育定位,在对学校实践教学体系现存问题进行深入分析的基础上,通过优化人才培养方案,强化实验实践教学,拓展实习基地建设,强化毕业论文管理工作,推进大学生创新创业训练计划项目,加强实践教学师资队伍建设和条件保障等系列手段,构建符合学校特色的实践教学体系,不断推进实践教学的改革与发展。

Practice teaching is an important way to improve the talent quality under the background of inno- vation and entrepreneurship education. Based on deep analysis of existing problems, the paper constructs a practice teaching system compatible to college features. The system is to constantly promote reform and development of practice teaching through optimizing the talent cultivation plan, strengthening experiment and practice teaching, extending construction of internship bases, enhancing quality control of final academic papers, promoting training programs in innovation and entrepreneurship for college students, strengthening staff construction and condition safeguarding measures for practice teaching, and others.
