摘要
北京达美中心广场2#楼为高度148m的超限高层建筑,采用基于性能的设计方法进行设计。结合抗震设计性能目标,提出了拟采用的加强措施。采用SATWE和MIDAS对结构进行了小震作用下的反应谱分析和弹性时程分析;采用SATWE进行了中震弹性及中震不屈服复核,并对重要受力构件进行了截面承载力分析;采用MIDAS进行了大震作用下的静力弹塑性(Push-over)分析。结果表明,结构抗震性能良好,体系安全可行。
No. 2 building of Beijing Darnel Center Plaza is a ultra-llmit high-rise building of 148 meters high, and designed by using the performance-based seismic design method. Based on the performance objectives of seismic design, the strengthening measures are put forward. The response spectrum analysis and elastic time-history analysis of the structure are carried out by using SATWE and MIDAS. SATWE is used to check the elastic design and un-yield design under medium earthquake, and local stress analysis is carried out for the important members. The nonlinear static analysis(Push-over) under large earthquakes is carried out by using MIDAS. The results show that the seismic performance of the structure is good and the system is safe and feasible.
