摘要 为了提升传统民居的结构安全度,为加固设计提供技术依据,需要对现状民居进行数值模拟。数值计算中需要用到单轴抗压强度、弹性模量等材料参数。目前,尚没有生土材料室内试验标准,借鉴混凝土材性试验标准《普通混凝土力学性能试验方法标准》(GB/T 50081-2002),参照混凝土的加载制度,对河南省方顶村清代传统民居生土墙进行现场"切取"(切块制作试件)取样,并在实验室标准条件下制作相同规格生土试块,两组各取3块进行轴心抗压强度试验,9块进行弹性模量试验。结果表明:原状生土墙体材料轴心抗压强度约为1.16MPa,弹性模量约为160.7MPa;现制生土墙体材料轴心抗压强度约为0.97MPa,弹性模量约为75.9MPa。 In order to improve the structural safety of traditional residential buildings, providing technical basis for reinforcement and design, numerical simulation is needed for current residential buildings. In the numerical calculation, material parameters are needed, including uniaxial compressive strength, and modulus of elasticity, etc. At present, There is no laboratory test standards of raw soil material, based on Standard for test method of mechanical properties on ordinary concrete (GB/T 50081-2002) , and by reference to the loading system of concrete, samples are taken (cutting production specimen)from the established row soil wall in Henan province historical and cultural blocks of traditional local-style dwelling houses in Fangding village, which was built in the Qing dynasty. Then the same specifications of rammed earth blocks are made in laboratory standard conditions. 3 pieces from each of the two groups are tested in the axial compressive strength test, and 9 pieces from each of the two groups in the modulus of elasticity test. The results show that: the axial compressive strength of the materials from original row soil wall is about 1.16MPa, and the modulus of elasticity is about 160.7MPa; The axial compressive strength of the materials from row soil wall made-on-site is about 0. 97MPa, and the modulus of elasticity is about 75.9MPa.
