摘要
地下车库的钢筋混凝土梁、板开裂不仅影响车库的正常使用,而且严重时危及结构安全。以某梁、板开裂的地下车库为例,根据施工图和现场检测数据,对该地下车库的结构承载能力进行了验算,并对其开裂原因进行了分析。针对梁、板的开裂,提出了修补和加固方案,并给出了不同的施工流程。结果表明,经过修补和加固处理后,该地下车库可以安全使用。
The crack of reinforced concrete beams and slabs in underground garage affects the normal service of the garage, even threats the safety of garage. Taking an underground garage with cracking beams and slabs as an example, the reason of cracking is analyzed and the method of strengthening is described. According to construction drawings and field inspection data, the bearing capacity of the structure is checked. And the results show the cracks of the beams and slabs are mainly due to improper construction. For the cracks of beams and slabs, some effective strengthening schemes are proposed as well as construction processes. It shows that the safety and durability of underground .garage is good after it was repaired and strengthened.
