基于移动GIS的移动物流信息管理系统设计

Design on mobile logistics information management system based on mobile GIS

针对物流企业在物流信息管理中存在的信息交互性低、信息获取延时问题,利用Android移动设备、移动GIS和Web Service技术结合快递业务中快递人员对物流路径规划的需求,设计开发了移动物流信息管理系统。本系统主要利用ArcGIS Server技术和改进的克隆选择算法将最短路径规划图以地图服务的形式推送给快递人员的安卓智能设备并在以ArcGIS Runtime for Android为框架开发的移动客户端上显示。本物流信息管理系统实现了物流信息存储管理、最佳投递路线规划、快递员位置监控等功能,改进了现有物流信息管理平台的服务模式。

In order to solve the existence problems of logistics enterprises such as low logistics information in- teraction and the logistics information acquisition delay,using mobile GIS and Web services technology com- bined with couriers＇ requirements,a logistics information management system was designed. The system is used for the delivery information management, courier position monitoring and optimal route planning, ArcGIS Server technology is employed to improve clonal selection algorithm. The result of the shortest path route graph is dis- played in the mobile client via map services to the couriers. Our study provides an efficient service pattern for the logistics information management.
