摘要
本文采用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计等研究方法,对网球反手技术特征进行实证研究,探求影响学生网球反手动作学习的因素,研究结果表明影响学生网球反手技术学习的主要因素有:学生自身的主观能动性、教师教学方法及情景的构造、学校场地设施以及校园文化环境。建议:对网球反手击球技术的教学方法进行优化与改造;理解学生对网球运动的真实体验,激发学生学习网球运动的内在驱动力。
This paper uses the methods of literature, experiment and mathematical statistics to study the characteristics of tennis backhand technique and explore the factors that affect students " backhand learning. Results show that the main influential factors in learning are as follows: student's own subjective initiative, the teacher's teaching methods, the structure of the scene, the school site facilities and the campus culture environment. It is suggested that the teaching method of tennis backhand hitting technique should be optimized and reformed, and the real experience of students tennis activities should be understood to stimulate the students' inner driving force in learning tennis.
