宿迁市中等职业学校学生体育行为与影响因素的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、实地观察法、数理统计法,对宿迁市10所公办中职学校学生的体育行为进行调查,分析学生体育行为情况,找出影响体育行为的主要因素,对培养积极的体育行为提出相应的对策。研究结果表明:1.宿迁市中职学生体育锻炼行为处于良好水平,平均每周锻炼3次以上,每次锻炼持续30-60分钟,较为合理;散步、慢跑成为宿迁市中职学生主要锻炼项目,反映出学生掌握的运动技能较少,以及场地器材的匮乏;体育锻炼的组织形式以结伴活动为主,受到同伴的影响较大;学生体育消费水平较低,受经济实力的影响,学生每年体育消费金额集中在150元以下,主要用于购买服装。2.体育活动的兴趣、学校体育场馆器材,个人经济实力、就业压力、同学影响,成为制约宿迁市中职学生体育行为的主要因素。 By using the method of literature, questionnaire, field observation and mathematical statistics, this paper investigates students' sports behavior at 10 public secondary schools in Suqian, analyzes students" sports behavior, finds out the main factors influencing the sports behavior, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures to cultivate positive sports behavior. The results show that: First, Suqian vocational school students'physical exercise behavior is at a good level, with average exercise 3 times or above per week for 30 -60 minutes. Walking and jogging are the main exercise, which reflects that students are poor at sport skills, and the venues and equipment are inadequate. Exercises are done with companions, who influence the exercise somehow. Due to economic factors, students' consumption level is low with annual costs below 150 Yuan, which are mainly for clothes. Second, the main restriction factors that limits the sports behavior of vocational school students are : interests on sports activities; school sports facilities; personal economic status; employment pressure, as well as classmates' influence.
