北京市一级社会体育指导员培训班现状与研究——以北京体育大学社会体育系培训基地为例

Research on the Present Situation of Level One Social Sports Instructor Training in Beijing——A Case Study on Social Sports Training Base in Beijing Sports University

本研究采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、数理统计法等研究方法,通过对北京体育大学社会体育系一级社会体育指导员培训班培训基地的现状与研究,了解北京一级社会体育指导员培训班的情况。包括培训的人数,培训的时间,培训的内容以及培训的人员的基本情况等等,根据此研究,来改善北京市一级社会体育指导员培训班的不足,促进授课老师与学员的交流。根据研究结果发现:北京市一级社会体育指导员各地区人数分布主要集中在东城区、西城区、朝阳区等城区占33%,而各体育协会和其它组织机构人数最少所占比例不到5%;北京市一级社会体育指导员培训人员男女比例不协调,男性占总体的82%,而女性只占18%;北京市一级社会体育指导员人员的年龄主要集中在50-70岁这个年龄段,以老年人为主占总体的71%,而中年人居中占21.9%,年轻人最少占4.9%;北京市一级社会体育指导员人员的学历偏低,以高中学历为主占33%,大专和本科学历居中,硕士和博士学历的最少,只占5%;北京市社会体育指导员培训班的课程设置在内容、时间和人员安排以及培训效果的反馈上,认为很好的占比例最多,最高达83.1%,评价为差的没有,说明培训班的课程设置合理化程度越来越高。

This research uses the literature material law, questionnaire investigation, mathematical statistics and other research methods, through researching on the present situation of level one social sports instructor training course in Social Sports Department of Beijing Sports University, to understand level one social sports instructor training in Beijing including participants numbers, training time, training content project settings and so on. The aim of the study is to improve level one social sports instructor training course, and to promote the exchanges of professors. Results show that ： the number of regional distribution mainly concentrates in Dongcheng, Xicheng and Chaoyang district which accounted for 33%, while a number of sports association and other organizations make up only less than 5% ; the personnel ratio is not harmonious, men account for 82% of the total, while women only accounted for 18% ; most of the instructors are aged from 50 to 70 with 71% aged people, 21.9% middle aged and 4.9% youth; certification degree is comparatively low, with 33% higher middle school graduates and 5% masters and doctors; about the feedback on curriculum arrangement regarding to content, time and personnel arrangement and training effect, 83.1% objects think it to be very good while no one gives poor feedback, which shows that training curriculum rationalization degree is getting higher and higher.
