临汾市毽球运动的大众健身价值和发展研究

Research on the Public Fitness Value and Development of Shuttlecock in Linfen

毽球运动是我国的民族传统体育项目。如今毽球运动逐渐发展,关于毽球运动的研究也随之增多。本文通过对临汾市毽球运动的发展现状进行调查分析,运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、数理统计法等方法研究毽球运动的大众健身价值,并找出毽球运动在临汾市发展中的不足及限制因素,为临汾市毽球运动更好的发展提供理论依据。

The shuttlecock is a developing national traditional sport with more and more research. This paper, through investigation and analysis on the current shuttlecock development in Linfen, uses methods of literature, questionnaire, interview and mathematical statistics to study the shuttlecock values in mass fitness, and to find out the weak points and limitations for its development in Linfen. The aim is to provide a theoretical basis for the better development of shuttlecock in Linfen City.
