摘要 文章立足于数字化、智能化校园的角度,设计和开发出基于Web的高校报修系统。在开发本系统时,主要采用Struts,Spring,Hibernate 3个开源框架和easyUI技术实现系统设计。该系统包括学生或教职工提交报修单、管理员分派工单和发布工单、维修人员接单以及提交维修结果、报修人对维修结果进行评价、打分,还包括对异常单处理、智能学习算法处理。文章对一人多次提交同一单和多人提交同一单,对用户和维修人员的奖罚制度、维修进度和设备详细情况也进行了阐述。该系统有良好稳定性、可扩展性,能切合实际地为高校报修提供方便。 Based on the digital and intelligent campus, college repair System based on Web is designed and developed in this paper. In the development of the repair system, 3 open source frameworks of Struts, Spring, Hibernate and easyUI technology are mainly adopted to realize the system design. The system includes that student or staff submits a maintenance report, administrator assigns work order and releases work order, maintenance personnel receives the order and submits maintenance results, people have repair needs to make evaluation and scores of the maintenance results, and handles exception order and intelligent learning algorithm. The paper expounds cases that one person or more than one person submits the same documents several times and the users and maintenance staff reward and punishment system, maintenance schedule and equipment details are expounded, too. The system has good stability, scalability, and can provide practical convenience for college repair.
