推进公安高校差异化办学的策略研究

差异化办学是公安高教发展的方向,具有紧迫性。目前,虽然公安高校差异化办学的条件基本成熟,但仍然存在思想认识不统一、区域性壁垒未打破、专业层次差异化观念未建立、保障措施不到位等问题。需要营造差异化办学氛围,通过竞赛、考核、评价等措施显示各专业的差异,引导专业的差异化发展。促使公安教育工作者树立公安高校"一盘棋"的思想,认清发展方向、调整办学定位、着重建设品牌特色专业,实现"错位发展"。

The differentiated school running is the direction of the development of police colleges, and it is urgent. At present, although the conditions of differentiated school running in police colleges are basically mature, there is still no unified thinking and understanding, the regional barriers haven＇t been broken, the differentiated concepts of professional levels haven＇t been established, and the security measures haven＇t been in place. It is necessary to create a differentiated atmosphere for school running to show the professional differences through competitions, examinations and evaluation, so as to guide the professional differentiation development. It is necessary for the police educators to set up a correct thinking in police colleges, recognize the direction of the development, adjust the orientation of school running, and focus on the establishment of brands and specialties, in order to realize the ＂dislocation development＂.
