摘要
中英现代学徒制项目背景下,针对学徒制学生的特点,结合汽修专业特征,对英语课堂教学模式进行改革,对教材进行设计和选择,优化现有的英语课堂教学资源条件,具化影响教学效果的因素,运用"任务——探究——展示——评估"的教学模式,结合"汽车保养"教学案例,从实际出发,在同一个专题学习中设置不同的评价标准,关注每一个学生的发展。在实践中不断反思,找出存在的问题和应对策略,完成了初步的学徒班英语教学探索,促进了学徒班人才培养模式的改革。
Under the background of the Sino-British modern apprenticeship project and in view of the characteristics of the apprentices and the automobile maintenance specialty, this paper suggests reforming the English classroom teaching mode, designing and selecting the teaching materials, optimizing the current English classroom teaching resources and conditions, and specifying the factors which affect the teaching effects. Starting from the practice and taking "automobile maintenance" as a teaching case, it applies the teaching mode of "task-exploration-presentation-evaluation" and sets up different evaluation standards in the same project-based learning, in order to pay attention to each student's development. In the course of practice, constant reflection have helped to find out the existing problems and coping strategies, and have completed the preliminary English teaching exploration in the apprentice class, which have promoted the reform of the talent training mode.
