青少年合成毒品滥用危险性行为特征与抑郁情况的相关分析

Risk behavior characteristics of adolescents and youth abusing recreational drugs and associated factors of their depression status

目的分析合成毒品滥用对青少年危险性行为特征及抑郁状态的影响。方法选择隐蔽人群方便样本的定量调查中的青少年部分,结合血清学检测结果和流行病学中心抑郁量表测评,反映合成毒品滥用者的性行为特征和抑郁状态。结果 286名调查对象中,18~24岁梅毒检出率为17.5%(50名),16名(5.6%)为艾滋病病毒(HIV)抗体阳性,43.0%抑郁评分>16分。213名吸毒青少年中,抑郁评分>16分的107人,占50.2%。单因素分析显示,抑郁与不能坚持使用安全套[比值比(OR)=0.55,95%可信区间(CI):0.34~0.90]、有群交史(OR=2.38,95%CI:1.24~4.54)、使用多种毒品(OR=4.72,95%CI:1.72~17.54)、吸毒成瘾(OR=3.92,95%CI:1.23~1.62)、和多性伴相关(OR=3.35,95%CI:1.88~5.95)(过去6个月≥2个性伴),与吸毒年份(OR=1.33,95%CI:1.13~1.57)成正相关。多因素分析显示,控制其他因素,抑郁与吸毒成瘾[调整比值比(aOR=3.62,95%CI:1.92~6.82)和吸毒的年份(aOR=1.20,95%CI:1.01~1.43)成正相关。结论合成毒品滥用伴随抑郁与危险性行为增加,梅毒和HIV感染率高提示今后该人群中健康干预工作压力大。

Objective To analyze the risk behavior characteristics of young recreational drug users and the influence factors of their depression.Methods We selected young people for a convenient sample quantitative survey,analyzed the results of serological tests and CES-D to measure the risk behavioral characteristics of recreational drug users and their depression status.Results Out of 286 respondents aged between 18-24 years,syphilis infection rate was 17.5% and there was 16（5.6%）HIV-positive cases.The respondents showed as high as 43.0% of clinically relevant depression（CRD,scores〉=16）.Drug abusers scored higher than non-abusers in depression（50.2% as CRD）.Univariate analysis showed that depression was associated with inconsistent use of condom（OR=0.55,95% CI0.34-0.90）,having group sex history（OR=2.38,95% CI1.24-4.54）,using more than 1drug（OR=4.72,95% CI（.72-17.54）,drug addiction（OR=3.92,95% CI1.23-1.62）,and having multiple sex partners（OR=3.35,95% CI1.88-5.95）（Sex partners more than two in past 6months）,and years of drug abuse（OR=1.33,95% CI1.13-1.57）.Multivariate analysis showed that depression was associated with drug addiction（aOR=3.62,95% CI1.92-6.82）and years of drug abuse（aOR=1.20,95% CI 1.01-1.43）.Conclusion The recreational drug abuse will increase risk sexual behaviors,and generate the high prevalence of syphilis and HIV,which predicts an emerging burden of health promotion and interventions in this targeted population.
