摘要
目的研究采用微波提取法提取金丝海棠黄色素的最佳工艺参数。方法通过单因素实验,利用正交实验筛选出最佳工艺参数。结果相关因素的影响:提取功率>乙醇浓度>微波时间>料液比。最佳工艺:微波功率500 W,萃取剂100%乙醇(无水乙醇)酸性溶液,萃取时间2 min,料液比1 g∶40 m L。结论与传统方法相比,微波提取色素法在保持金丝海棠天然成分同时具有高效、节能、色素颜色艳丽等特点。
Objective : Study the new technology pigment of Hypericum monogynum L. with the method of Micro- wave extraction. Method:Do orthogonal experiment, the parallel to the best method of inspection process parameters for different extraction process conditions. Results: the correlation factor for extracting liquid materials 〉 ethanol con- centration 〉 microwave processing time 〉 power than. The best technique is : the power is 500W, 100% of acidic aque- ous alcohol extraction agents,extracting time 2 min, the proportion is 1 g: 40 mL. Conclusion: compared with tradi- tional methods, The microwave method keeps natural ingredients of Hypericum monogynum L. It has the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving and bright color.
