摘要
基于婴幼儿配方乳粉注册制度创新,探讨了我国婴幼儿配方乳粉监管体系。结果表明,通过对婴幼儿配方乳粉从源头到消费全过程严格监管,提高了质量安全水平,确保婴幼儿"口粮安全",重振消费者对国产乳粉信心,促进产业健康发展。
The quality and safety of infant formula are direcdy related to the next generation＇s health, millions of families＇ happiness, and a country＇ s hope. After food safety incidents of infant formula occurred in China, Chinese government issues regulation and supervision system, includes infant formula powder to special dietary use foods, and conducts provisions for formula registration. By keeping infant formula powder under strict supervision from the source to consuming, Chinese government improves its quality and safety, and guarantees infant＇s grain ration safety. Subsequently, costumers＇ confidence to domestic formula powder is re-aroused and relevant industries are in a healthy development.
