摘要
随着全球化的发展,国际社会对教育问题愈加关注和重视,全球教育治理逐渐成为一种趋势。成立于2002年的"全球教育伙伴关系组织",作为一股新兴力量,通过会议、财政和技术支持以及构建合作伙伴关系的方式积极参与全球教育治理,在全球层面和国家层面的教育治理中发挥了积极的作用,推动了全民教育的发展,带动了发展中国家教育治理方式的转变。
With the development of globalization, education issues have gained more attention from the International Community, implying the tendency of "global educational governance". Global Partnership for Education (GPE) , founded in 2002, is an emerging force in the process of global educational governance. On the basis of dual-level gover- nance structure, The GPE, through meetings, providing financing and technical support, and building partnership, actively participates in global educational governance, having achieved significant achievements in national and international governance, such as promot- ing the development of EFA goals, and guiding the transformation of educational gover- nance in developing countries.
